"Heating-up, smoothing and cooling in one process"

The best way to imagine a Thermofix^® LP Flatbed Laminating Line is thinking about a continuous working iron.

The product travels through the Flatbed Laminating Line between two Teflon coated conveyor belts and is heated up by heating plates placed behind the conveyor belts.

The material between the both conveyor belts, is continuously treated for a smooth surface by a pair of nip rollers, also placed behind the conveyor belts.

Similar to the heating up-process is the cooling-down process realized by cooling plates, placed behind the conveyor belts.

Fields of Application

The Thermofix^® LP Flatbed Laminating Line is used in the textile industry for laminating fabrics and in the Nonwoven industry for surface finishing and face melting.
