Especially to the requirements of the automobile industry, we developed and deliver different designs of Pre-Heat-Ovens to heat up fibre mats before being molded into shaped parts.

The fibre mats are heated up by an air-through system with hot air.

Optionally the upper air plenum can be lowered down to the product like a "stamp" during the heating up-process. Therefore the heating up-process is additionally optimised.

• The fibre mat is put into an air-permeable drawer that runs into the Pre-Heat Oven. After the heating-up process the drawer runs out again for unloading. The mat can be put into the moulding press.

• A further development is a Pre-Heat Oven with a double-drawer-system, working in change. While one drawer is in the oven, the other one runs out for unloading and loading.

• Pre-Heat Oven with continuous conveyor belt advancing in increments the mat placed on the conveyor belt and is travelling into the oven. After that the mat is moving into the moulding press by a shuttle belt automatically.
