Ventilator-side of a 3-Pass-Oven

A special product pallet includes our Multi-Pass Oven consisting of maximal 7 pass.

They are used for high production speed, long dwell times or to achieve high evaporation capacity.

The web is supplied to the top floor by a bevelled belt and is turned around at each end to guide it into the underlying floor.

Air is used for heating transmitter which is heated up by gas, thermal oil, steam or with electric power.

According to the requirements the product is ventilated by hot air from one or both sides.

Air-through flow is used for air permeable products.

The hot air circulates in a closed system, the web is crossing this circuit and because of this, the whole air quantity is forced to penetrate the web.
