Our lab line, set up in Blaufelden, is on your disposal for developing new products and to obtain all required process parameter for the production line.

The lab line is designed to meet a widespread field of process technology, application and

final products. Nearly all required periphery equipment, like scattering units for powder, granule and fibres, Twin Scattering Unit, Pre-Heat Oven, a.s.o. are available to enable extensive trials.

Likewise the trials can be done with single aggregates or in arrangement of a complete production line, like heat setting, laminating and consolidating.

To be flexible in this point, the Thermofix is installed on rails.

That way we can drive as near as possible to the Pre-Heat Oven so that the pre-heated material doesn`t cool down.

If an Applicator must be placed between pre-heating and Thermofix, the Thermofix will be simple driven back.
