With one-sided air impingement

One-sided air impingement is used for drying only the surface of the web, i.e. after coating, textile printing or one side impregnation.

The nozzle can be designed as a perforated sheet nozzle or as a slot nozzle plenum, according to the specifications of the product.

This system can also be used for non-air permeable products, and thin web.

With double-sided air impingement

Double-sided air impingement is used for heating up difficult air permeable web, e.g. carpets, insulations, heavy needle felts, or for double side impregnation.

The nozzles can be designed as perforated sheet nozzles or as slot nozzle plenums, according to the specifications of the product. The airflow ratio between top and bottom air is adjustable, the air velocity is also adjusted to the product.
