TopCon® HP Double Belt Oven

Der TopCon^® HP Double Belt Oven is a high-capacity plant for thermal Nonwoven Bonding.

The web is kept between two conveyor belts and is ventilated by both sides.

The air nozzles are placed directly at the belts, that means directly at the web.

The direct air flow guarantees quick heat transmission and short dwell times for treatment.

The gap between the top and bottom belt is adjustable by motor drive and indicated at the control desk.

The air is blown through the web with high pressure .

This system is used for any product which can be treated with high air speed, e.g. needle punched Nonwoven.
