Foam Impregnation Machine

Foam impregnation is used to bind Nonwoven from one side or both sides. This happens while guiding the web through a gap of two horizontal placed rolls.

Likewise, the foam is dispensed to one or from both sides of the web, between the web and the application rollers and penetrates the Nonwoven.

By adjusting parameters such as foam density, foam concentration and roll gap, you can reach the desired penetration depth and quality easily.

After the impregnation process the web is passing through a RegulAir^® Drying Conveyor Oven to evaporate the water content of the foam application.
